How Long Do You Wear SureSmile Aligners? 

Your individual treatment plan dictates how long you need to SureSmile for in total, but you could see results in as little as six months to a few years.

You’ll need to wear the aligners for at least 20-22 hours per day. This means you’ll only take them out while you’re eating or brushing your teeth — they need to stay in throughout the day and while you sleep.  

Because the SureSmile treatment plan includes a series of multiple aligners, you’ll be switching to the next one every week or two. 

What’s the Difference Between SureSmile and Invisalign?
